About Maryanna

BIO: Originally from Norwalk, Connecticut. After a lengthy successful retail career working in upper management I began my real estate career in 1995 serving Charlotte & Sarasota Counties.

IN 2002 I returned to Connecticut and became a CT REALTOR. soon after I acquired my Appraisers license To valuate property’s for the banks and lenders.

2004 I returned to Charlotte county. Worked as a realtor while taking courses to get my C.A.M. (community association manager) license. At that time the market was calling for diversification. That is when I expanded into sales as well as property management.

The past 14 years have been devoted to full-service real estate.

My real estate business has been built by my reputation. I believe in achieving the best goals for sellers and buyers with the utmost of ethics and professionalism. I believe in treating people the way I would want to be treated.

My interests are enjoying all the best that Florida has to offer including live music and motorcycle riding.
