About Linda

I moved to Punta Gorda 25 years ago as a snowbird from Chicago. I'm now a full-time resident. I can't wait to show other people the benefits, delights and opportunities available to everyone coming to Florida, either as a full or part-time resident. I work with retirees, young people wishing to purchase their first home and everyone in between. I also work with sellers to help them determine how to sell their home at the best price possible. This means setting the right price, marketing the property, negotiating until a final contract is signed, and working with sellers until they walk away with their funds. My clients' needs and wishes are my priority whether helping you buy a home or sell your home.
