About Herman

I am a Realtor in the downtown Sarasota office at RE/MAX Platinum Realty. I specialize in new construction and existing residential properties and love assisting buyers and sellers in the Sarasota County area. I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful.

Working 42 years for corporations, I moved throughout the world and have built, bought, sold and rented many properties, so I understand the apprehensions of my clients very well.

I have a bachelor’s degree in math and mechanical engineering as well as an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. My planning and strategic development skills, together with strong customer service, marketing and negotiation skills, will provide my customers with a rewarding real estate experience.

I have been coming to the Sarasota area for the past 25 years and enjoy the Florida lifestyle, including swimming, cycling, boating and cooking.
