My wife and I got to know Vanessa & Dave when we met them during an Open House in Lakewood Ranch. We seemed immediately hit things off together. We had looked at many home in Sarasota over the years. We could never find anything that was a good fit.
We never developed a relationship with any relators that we showing other houses.
This time was much different. Kathy and I always felt we were in good hands. An honest couple who the ins and outs of buying and selling real-estate in Florida.

This is our second positive experience with Vanessa and David. We sold our previous home in Bridgewater with them in 2008. It sold quickly for asking price. Amazing, especially for 2008! We maintained contact over the 7 years. We contacted Vanessa when we decided to move to FL. We bought far faster than expected. Vanessa quickly gave use comps and within 4 days of our return to NJ our house was listed, complete with great pictures. Vanessa is an absolutely professional realtor. She is knowledgeable and has great people skills. She knows how to counsel clients and provide intelligent plans. We could not have asked for a better experience!
