I have proudly called Southwest Florida my home since 1991 and have been a licensed Realtor® since 2009. With a strong background in banking and finance, I bring proven negotiation skills, transaction management, and deep knowledge of flood zones, insurance, and financing options. In 2024, I earned the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award for surpassing $100M in career sales.

In 2020 my daughter Cassidy joined me. She graduated from USF with a finance degree and also obtained her Brokers license. We form a reliable mother-daughter team serving Punta Gorda through Sarasota. We split our time between buyers and sellers, provide professional marketing, and deliver frequent updates so referral clients are handled with the highest level of care from start to finish.
